Who I Am

I’m Jane McNally, an experienced educational leader with over 25 years in UK primary education. My work has always centred on safeguarding, leadership and system‑level school improvement. I founded LPI Education Ltd to support schools and trusts to lead with integrity, strengthen safeguarding practice and create cultures where both pupils and professionals can thrive.

My Leadership and Safeguarding Experience

Across my career, I’ve held a range of senior roles, including:

My Approach to Supervision

I provide structured, psychologically safe supervision for senior leaders, DSLs and SENDCos. My approach is calm, confidential and relational, a space where leaders can pause, reflect and work through complex safeguarding and leadership decisions with clarity.

My practice is:

• aligned with national frameworks, including:

  • NSPCC supervision principles

  • DfE Quality Standards Framework for Supervision in Education

  • EMCC ethical standards

I also undertake ongoing supervision and professional development to ensure my work remains current, ethical and evidence‑informed.
