Who I Am

I’m Jane McNally, an experienced educational leader with over 25 years in UK primary education and a specialist focus on safeguarding, executive leadership and system‑level school improvement. I founded LPI Education Ltd to support schools and trusts to lead with integrity, strengthen safeguarding practice and create cultures in which both pupils and professionals can thrive.

Across my career, I have held a wide range of senior and system‑leadership roles, including:

My Approach to Supervision and Leadership Support

My safeguarding supervision practice provides a psychologically safe, confidential and non‑judgemental space for leaders to reflect on complex safeguarding work, manage emotional demands and strengthen professional judgement.

My approach is:

    • DfE Quality Standards Framework for Supervision in Education

I undertake ongoing supervision and professional development to ensure my work remains current, ethical and evidence‑informed.
